MINIMUM
STAY REQUIREMENTS
The above rates are based on a 5 night minimum from June until early
September & a 2 night minimum September through May.
Rates are also determined by the amount of people you have in your unit.
Each additional occupant (adult or child) beyond the double occupancy
level is an additional $20 per night. When inquiring about a reservation,
please specify how many are in your party. This includes infants &
toddlers. All rates subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION
POLICIES
All reservations require a deposit equivalent to one to three nights
stay depending on the duration of your stay. This deposit is nonrefundable
for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date. Cancellations occurring
within 15 days of the arrival date will be charged the entire amount
of the original reservation. The remoteness of our island makes it impossible
to fill vacancies that might otherwise have been rented.
